Interim Executive Director of the Elementary Learning Community Judith Condon

Condon brings more than two decades of educational leadership experience to the role, including nearly a decade of service as a principal in CCSD. Most recently, she served as principal of Johns Island Elementary School after leading Angel Oak Elementary School since 2017. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for fostering strong school cultures, developing teacher leaders, using data to drive instruction, and creating innovative learning environments through arts integration and STEAM.

Condon holds a Specialist of Education in Educational Leadership from Kennesaw State University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education from Valdosta State University. She is a three-time summa/magna cum laude graduate and has earned numerous professional honors, including being named the 2025-2026 Star Principal for CCSD’s Elementary Learning Community and the 2021-2022 Palmetto State Arts Education Arts Administrator of the Year.
